"I have had my ups and downs with insurance companies, and even different agents in my experience with Statefarm. However, today I had to get to the bottom of a situation that I have going on with my Homeowner's Claim. I never had to deal with this type of claim before, but the process can make you want to pull your hair out. When I couldn't get in touch with my Claims Agent (A. Nall) I reached out to my local agent's office for some support and assurance. Madison wasn't able to assist "directly" with the claim/case, but she sent a message to my Claims Agent directly, giving him a heads up (bottom line) regarding my issue. She also gave me her ear, and helped me talk through it. I got a call back from my Claims Agent in less than 2 hrs (on a Friday aftenoon) and we were able to get everything taken care of. I don't know why, but I always have problems/issues on a Friday after 1200pm. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience that all agents involved have shown. Thanks a million!"
