"If State Farm is supposed to be like a good neighbor, then Jaleesa Carlise is the neighbor who actually picks up on the first ring, lives down the block for real, this is not a marketing gimmick, knows the vibe of your whole block, and solves your insurance situation before your coffee even has time to cool. She was calm, clear, and genuinely helpful in a way I didn’t even know the insurance industry still produced. Before calling her, I had been dealing with some Olympic level scammery from other companies. I won’t name names, but let’s just say one of their name starts with the 7th letter and the other, the16th letter of the alphabet and leave it at that. If you know, you know. Jaleesa understood exactly what I was dealing with. She didn’t waste time, didn’t hit me with any insurance riddles, and gave me the best deal immediately. Straight honesty, straight clarity, straight money back in my wallet. If State Farm ever wants to upgrade their commercials, they need to put Jaleesa right next to Jake. Actually, give her her own campaign. She’s earned it. Five stars without hesitation. If Google let me give her galaxies, she’d have a whole spiral arm.
